Experience
I have been teaching English in Shenzhen, China since 2015 both at kindergartens and private institutions. I have developed a broad range of skills by teaching English as a foreign language to children in Europe. Teaching is a highly rewarding vocation and being close to children, sharing my enthusiasm for the English language and my thirst for knowledge, is gratifying. I have learnt to be patient, compassionate, flexible and innovative. I have learnt how to make teaching enjoyable for me and the learning process more enjoyable for children. I have been in China for over 6 years now and I have been teaching English as a foreign language privately and at educational institutions (kindergarten, training center, online on ZOOM and home tutoring). Hobbies
I am very sociable, communicative and easy - going. I feel that because of my age I perceive children's needs and become their friend easier. I enjoy singing, playing the piano and watching movies. I have volunteered numerous times for different causes. When studying at Newcastle University i was a volunteer at Jamie Oliver's Ministry of Food Foundation. I have also volunteered in cleaning the shores from washed up detritus that can be life threatening for the sea animals. For the past few months, I have been offering free english classes in a community in Shenzhen, giving the opportunity to parents to come practice and improve their oral english.
